Anna Szkudlarek is a Partner at Kendris, where she leads Applied AI initiatives and drives digital transformation across regulatory and fiduciary services. She regularly advises family offices and high-net-worth families on regulatory, governance, and compliance matters.
Anna is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and holds an Executive MBA from IMD Lausanne. Her professional background includes experience at Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management, where she built a strong foundation in financial services and regulatory environments. At Kendris, she spearheads the practical implementation of AI and automation in end-to-end regulatory solutions, improving efficiency, transparency, and decision-making in highly regulated settings.
She has also completed the Board Essentials programme at the University of St. Gallen, equipping her with board-level expertise in governance and fiduciary responsibility. Anna speaks regularly on the practical adoption of AI in professional services, with a focus on responsible innovation aligned with regulatory and business needs.
