JESSICA SCHÄDLER is an experienced professional in private wealth advisory, trust/foundation services, and fiduciary management. She currently serves as Director and Senior Advisor at Jeeves Group. With extensive experience at leading fiduciary firms in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Jessica has developed a deep expertise in international trust and estate planning matters. She holds a Master of Science in Law and Private Wealth Advice from the University of Law, UK, and multiple STEP certifications. Jessica is an active member of the STEP Liechtenstein Committee, the STEP Digital Assets Steering Committee and she chairs the STEP Zurich/Liechtenstein NextGen committee. In her free time, she frequently contributes to publications and presentations on private wealth, trust, foundation and digitalisation matters.

GREGORY WALSH is a global wealth management and international tax lawyer, qualified in the United States. He is a Founding Partner of the Swiss office of Spencer West, a UK-based full-service law firm with a focus on private clients. Gregory was previously a Partner in the international wealth management team at another global law firm in its Zurich office, where he has been based since 2012. He also has substantial experience working with US securities regulatory and corporate matters.
Gregory advises private wealth clients, including individuals, families, family offices and financial institutions, on a range of international tax and wealth management issues. These include cross-border structuring with trusts and companies optimised for US persons or investments, AEOI compliance, US withholding tax and QI compliance, tax treaty matters, individual and corporate tax planning, financial institution tax and regulatory compliance, relocation planning, and tax regularisation matters. Gregory also assists financial services clients navigating OECD global tax initiatives and US regulatory issues.

MARC BLUMENFELD is the founder of Alithis. A modern service provider based in Zurich in the field of compliance, regulatory and legal affairs with profound expertise in the areas of trust and non-profit organizations.
He is a Swiss attorney who graduated from the University of Zurich with a law degree and from the Law Faculty of National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative and International Public Law.
Marc has over 10 years of experience in the wealth planning, trustee and corporate services business working for independent and bank-owned trustees. He is specialised in Trusts and other private wealth structures, Foundations, non-profit organisations and social enterprises, Associations and other sports organisations, International transactions, AML, FATCA, CRS, Cross border, Governance and outsourcings, Data protection, Internal and regulatory investigations.
