SPEAKERS CV
ANTONIO CHEN is a distinguished Chinese attorney specializing in private client services, with a primary focus on assisting HNWIs and families in strategic residency, citizenship planning, and multinational tax optimization. He further advises clients on global asset allocation and investment structuring across diverse jurisdictions.
Mr. Chen is a renowned authority in international family law, adept at resolving complex cross-border matters pertaining to marital dissolutions, inheritance disputes, and succession planning. His expertise ensures clients' legal and financial interests are safeguarded amidst transnational personal and familial transitions.

ALEXANDRA GEIGER advises individuals and families on all aspects of estate and succession planning, including nuptial agreements, succession pacts, wills, probate and estate administration, as well as wealth planning with foundations and trusts. She brings extensive experience in advising global families, assists them with relocations, international succession planning and the administration of global estates. Through her work in Singapore, she is very familiar with advising Asian families and has a comprehensive understanding of countries with common law legal systems. She acts as counsel in complex trusts and estate disputes and regularly publishes and speaks in her field of specialization.
Alexandra is recommended in Chambers High Net Worth Legal Guide, Legal 500, Lexology Index for Private Client and Switzerland, and is listed in Private Client Global Excellence Directory. In 2023, she won the STEP Excellence Award.

YUMEI ZHANG joined Capital Trustees in 2024 having had a long and successful career in the trust industry for over 20 years. In her current role, Yumei plays a central role in continuing to develop and serve the firm’s growing client base of HNWIs and their families based in Asia Pacific. She specialises in complex multi-jurisdictional requirements, including assets or beneficiaries in the US and Europe.
Prior to Switzerland, Yumei headed up the Asia market development as Senior Wealth Director for the Cayman Trust arm of an eminent US private bank, and more recently as Head of Private Clients for Greater China for a global wealth management firm in Hong Kong.
Yumei has served as Executive Committee member of STEP Hong Kong, a member of its China Sub-committee and Co-chair of its Wills and Estate Sub-committee.

NANCY CHIEN has over 20 years of legal experience in both the private client area as well as the corporate sphere. Nancy advises ultra-high net worth families, family offices and intermediaries from all over the world on all aspects of private client structuring including the use of trusts and foundations, as well as related corporate law issues (including where such vehicles are used for philanthropic purposes). She has considerable experience with high value and complex family governance structures, including ones where the founders wish to retain a degree of control over their family assets. Nancy also advises regularly on matters involving family disputes and disputes between trustee and beneficiaries. She works closely with her litigation colleagues for matters which require a court application.
Nancy is qualified in 4 jurisdictions, being Jersey, BVI, England and Wales and New Zealand. She is the only Jersey qualified advocate who can speak Mandarin.
Nancy also has considerable experience with employee incentive arrangements as well as regulatory matters affecting offshore vehicles and service providers, including FATCA, the common reporting standard (CRS), economic substance and disclosure requirements.

FRANCESCO GAETANO FAZZI is a member of KPMG’s Global China Desk. He is specialized in international investment law, banking law and regulations, sanctions, export controls, and data protection. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, an LL.M. in Transnational Law from Peking University, a Master in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Law & Management from the University of St. Gallen, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Zurich.
