TOPIC and CONTENT
A practical overview of how the Swiss Lex Koller impacts estate planning for Swiss real estate. We will explain why trust structures often break down when Lex Koller approval is required, and review the key rules (and common exemptions) for intra family transfers such as gifts, inheritance, and changes in ownership structures, with a focus on practical cases, recurring pitfalls and clean sequencing. We will also address the latest bill revision attempt.
