The Lugano Branch of STEP - Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners - was established on 24 November 2006 with the purpose to provide professionals from various contexts (legal, fiduciary, accounting, banking and insurance) education to maintaining the highest standard in the service of their clients as well as to promote STEP worldwide’s scope within the Swiss Association Verein STEP, based in Zug.

Therefore the Lugano Centre offers the opportunity to participate in training events, seminars and conferences at local and national level, involving experts in specific areas of interest related to the Trust & Estate industry.

In addition, every year, Lugano Centre offers a course of Introduction to Trust, in cooperation with Verein STEP.

La filiale di Lugano della STEP - Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners - è stata costituita il 24 novembre 2006 con la duplice finalità di offrire ai professionisti provenienti da svariati contesti (legale, fiduciario, contabile, bancario ed assicurativo) una formazione tale da mantenere i più alti standards nell'assistenza dei propri clienti nonché di promuovere gli obiettivi dell’organizzazione STEP worldwide all'interno dell’associazione svizzera Verein STEP, con sede a Zug.

Il Lugano Centre è, pertanto, la naturale risposta all'esigenza di quanti operano nel mondo del Trust & Estate di avere un punto di riferimento per condividere informazioni, conoscenze ed esperienze con altri professionisti e per partecipare ad incontri di formazione.

A tal fine il Lugano Centre offre la possibilità di partecipare ad eventi formativi, seminari e conferenze a livello locale e nazionale, organizzati con esperti in varie aree d’interesse legate al Trust & Estate. Inoltre, a cadenza annuale, il Lugano Centre propone, unitamente allo STEP Verein, un corso di Introduzione al Trust.
