Dharshi Wijetunga is a dual qualified lawyer, based in Zurich. Dharshi is currently the head of tax and wealth structuring in a single-family office. Prior to this, Dharshi was an international partner in the law firm Charles Russell Speechlys and provided cross-border tax and legal advice to UHNW individuals and trustees across a broad range of legal issues including taxation, wealth holding structures, family governance and asset protection. She has particular expertise in advising business owning families on international wealth structuring and next generation transfers.  

Prior to relocating to Switzerland, Dharshi was based in Singapore for many years, working in a US law firm and Swiss private bank. Her tax and legal background combined with her experience in both Asia and Europe make her uniquely qualified to advise on a broad range of international private client matters. 

Dharshi is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand and is admitted to the roll of solicitors in the UK (non-practising).
