Avv. Andrea Vicari
Andrea Vicari is Chief Justice of the Court for Trusts and Fiduciary Relations in the Republic of San Marino. He also practice law, as Avvocato, in Milan (Italy) with Vicari & Avvocati focusing in family strategy, trust and estate planning and litigation.
He is member of the “International Academy of Trust and Estate Law” and the “Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners.
He graduated in Italy, with one bachelor decree in Business Administration and one in Law.
He completed his postgraduate studies in the United States at Harvard Law School and Cornell Law School, where he earned his Doctorate in Juridical Science (JSD).
Afterward, he returned in Italy and earned a further Doctorate in Comparative Law
He advised the Government of the Republic of San Marino for the enactment of the trust law (2005) and his major revision (2010), as well as for the enactment of the law on the fiduciary contract (2010) and the laws establishing the Court for Trusts and Fiduciary Relations.
Author of a large number of publications in legal journals and author of books, Andrea Vicari is often invited as a lecturer to national and International symposia.
