(Senior) Compliance Officer, 100% (m/w)


  • Together with your teammates you will be managing the compliance-related daily business:
  • Manage new business onboardings and support client review campaigns
  • Handle requests such as amendments on existing client accounts
  • Contribute to improve the policies and procedures
  • Support the Head of Compliance with audits
  • Preparation of monthly and bi-weekly compliance reports

Think beyond your department:

  • Provide Compliance and KYC related advisory to Management, Front-, Middle- and Back-Office
  • Support other departments as a Compliance SME with new and ongoing projects
  • Perform trainings, give presentations and workshops

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a compliance-related function, including consulting
  • Good knowledge of client documentation and regulations
  • First experience in Swiss trust industry would be a big plus
  • Tax experience (i.e. FATCA, CRS, Swiss tax system) would be an advantage
  • TEP qualified candidates would be considered as senior candidates


  • Pro-active personality, open for challenges and changes
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with priorities and deadlines
  • Team player with good communications skills and positive working attitude
  • Good English language skills is a must (both oral and written), German is a plus
