JUNIOR TRUST OFFICER - 100%

Earl Fiduciary AG, an innovative fiduciary and corporate services provider, seeks to employ a junior trust officer who would like to join a busy team.

JUNIOR TRUST OFFICER  - 100%

The individual will work under two senior trust officers who are responsible for all matters pertaining to the establishment and ongoing administration of trusts and non-Swiss resident companies.

The candidate’s administrative functions will include: 

  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Preparation of payment instructions
  • Preparation of minutes and resolutions
  • Preparation of shares, transfers, deeds, agreements, etc.
  • Preparation of correspondence
  • Assisting with the collection and collation of client due diligence
  • Liaison with various company formation and registered agents in a number of offshore centres
  • Preparation of files
  • Liaising with the compliance officer re compliance actions
  • Updating information on the software “ViewPoint” system database (prior knowledge of ViewPoint is an advantage, but not a prerequisite for employment as training will be provided).

Nature of Candidate 

Bright, enthusiastic, helpful, willing to learn and able to take on a lot of tasks, whilst always working accurately.

Both spoken and written English need to be excellent. 

The candidate should have at least two year’s practical work experience in a trust company or in a banking environment (ideally the candidate should have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a university degree). Whilst the individual will primarily assist the senior trust officers, they should be sufficiently mature and have the ability to work independently.
