She represents clients in civil litigations, whether disputes are domestic or international, including matters of foundation law, matrimonial property law as well as adult protection law proceedings. She also advises on estate planning and structuring (wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, business succession, international estate planning) as well as on trusts and foundations.</p>\n<p>Andrea was educated at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law 2013) and the University of Santa Clara School of Law (USA). In line with her area of expertise, she furthered her education at the University of Edinburgh, School of Law with a Master in Comparative European Private Law (LL.M. 2023, with distinction). She was admitted as a TEP in 2024 after completing the essay route (with 2 excellence awards).
