ABRIL RODRIGUEZ ESPARZA serves as Partner Principal in International Transaction Tax Services at EY Mexico and Latam North Leader for Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness (DEI). With more than 20 years of relevant experience, Abril has developed a solid career in terms of: trust & private client taxation, offshore structures, international tax, international corporate restructures,  culture and leadership, corporate government, diversity, equity, and inclusiveness.
Abril is the author of the Mexican chapter of “Permanent Establishment” published by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and coauthor in the book “Los Convenios de Doble Imposición y su interrelación con las medidas para prevenir el abuso en su aplicación” published by Editorial Themis. She also is the coauthor of the essay “U.S.–Mexico Cross-Border  Estate Planning: Planning Techniques From a U.S. and Mexican Perspective” published in the Estate Planning Journal of the  School of Law of the Texas Tech University.
Currently Abril serves as Vice-president of the DEI Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (AMCHAM), Vice-president of the DEI Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (BRITCHAM); and as board member in the Business Advisory Board of Human Rights Campaign “Equidad MX”, the Americas Inclusive Advisory Council at EY and an independent member in the DEI Board of Grupo Gigante.
Abril was recognized in 2020 by the Women Economic Forum as an “Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for all”, and by leading business publishing “Expansión” for three years as one of the most influential LGBT+ Executives in Mexico. In 2017 Abril was recognized with the regional EY award “Better Begins with You”.
Abril has contributed to several research and published articles in tax and in diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Abril  experience has led her to give lectures and conferences at an international level, including: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Switzerland, Spain and the United States.
Abril has a Bachelor in Law by the Universidad Panamericana and she attended the Academy on American and International Law in the Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas.

HANSPETER MISTELI REYES serves as a Senior Consultant at EY within the US Private Client Services Team, based in Zurich. He specializes in providing international tax and wealth planning advice to families, their businesses, and their advisors. Hanspeter earned a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia and holds specializations in Commercial Law and Tax Law from Universidad de Los Andes, also in Colombia. He further advanced his expertise with an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in the USA. Prior to joining EY, Hanspeter accumulated valuable experience in both Colombia and the US, working at several leading international law firms.

ROBERTO CORES is one of the regional partners of the EY Private practice and is one of the lead partners of the International Tax and Transaction Services practice. He has over 25 years of experience advising on international and personal taxes, financial, banking and insurance matters. 
He provides a wide range of tax services that are associated with owning, managing, and preserving businesses and wealth, include asset protection, estate and succession planning, sensitive wealth transfers. 
Regarding the international practice, Roberto has experience advising on international taxes, financial, banking and insurance matters. His relevant work experience includes providing tax advice to local and foreign companies, and international corporations. He also works in national and international tax planning, as well with corporate and institutional clients on tax solutions and reorganizations.
Roberto is the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law President and a member of the International Fiscal Association. His professional career has been featured by prestigious international publications, such as International Tax Review, Leaders League and Chambers & Partners.
Additionally, Roberto graduated with distinction from the University of Lima, has attained an LLM in International Tax from the New York University School of Law and an MBA from the Business School of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

GERALDA KRAL-BUCKLEY is the managing partner at UMA Swiss AG
Geralda obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration in the U.S.A and a master’s degree in International Management at the Oxford Brooks University in England. In 2008, she graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in the U.S.A., with an LLM in International Taxation and Financial Services, with a concertation on Trusts and compliance.
In 1999, Geralda returned to Curaçao after her studies abroad, and joined Fortis Fund Services as Manager Shareholder Services. In 2002, Geralda joined Amicorp Curaçao N.V. as Head of the Mexican and US Team, Managing Director Latin America.
In 2008, Geralda was relocated to Zürich, where she became Managing Director of Amicorp Switzerland AG. In 2013, she expanded her responsibilities by also taking on the position of Head of Private Clients for Europe.
In 2014 through 2015, Geralda worked as a Senior Wealth Advisor and Business Developer at Quilvest Switzerland Ltd.
In January 2016 she rejoined The Amicorp Group as their Global Head Private Clients with the responsibility of overviewing the private wealth management solutions and services offered by the group and to support the marketing and business developers of the group with the sale and implementation of structures. Geralda was also part of the Global Family Office Team of The Amicorp Group, servicing UHNW families in, predominantly, Latin America.
In January 2019, Geralda joined the Swiss Partners Marcuard Heritage team as partner, a shareholder in UMA Swiss AG. As of January 1, 2020, Geralda has been promoted as Managing Partner of UMA Swiss AG.
Geralda is a committee member of the STEP Zurich Centre.
