The offices are open from 08:00 to 17:00 daily but may not be staffed between 12:00 and 13:00, and on Fridays. There is an answerphone service available. In emergencies call Stuart Clements on his handphone: 079 341 39 85

Stuart Clements	ca 50%, most mornings but usually reachable by mobile at any time. Languages: English and German
Judy Herzig	60%: Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays Senior administrator: overall responsibility for data base, events, services to other centres, introduction to Trusts Courses, Spring Seminars Languages: English, German, Afrikaans and some French
Corinne Graf	40%: Wednesdays & Thursdays Mainly responsible for lunches, subscriptions-follow-up, credit control and filing Languages: German, English and French
Claudia Kaplan	c a 30%: Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays Responsible for bookkeeping, treasury and SATC administration, subscriptions. Works also for another organisation in the same suite of offices. Languages: German, English and some Turkish

Stuart Clements is the local contact person for Central Law Training and is at members' disposal for information and advice on STEP and its training possibilities.
