Attorney at law admitted to the bar Alessandra Cugini obtained her law degree at the University of Parma (Italy) in 1996 where she specialized in International private law. She has been lecturer for eight years in International Private law (International law department) at the University of Parma. After a few years as legal advisor in a Law Firm and in a Tax Advisor office in Italy, she moved to Switzerland to work for a Swiss bank where she joined the Financial Planning office. Here she specialised in trust management and attended also several special courses both in Switzerland and abroad on trust. She carries on an activity of publicist, in quality of Publisher Consultant of the review IPSOA "Commercio Internazionale" and of the review "Trust & Trustee". Now she is Vice President at Credit Suisse Trust in Lugano. Alessandra Cugini is also a member in the "Associazione il Trust in Italia".
