A graduate of the universities of Grenoble (Business Law) Lyon (English Law) and Kings College London (Master of International Business Law), and author of numerous articles and publications on taxation, trusts (especially non-charitable purpose trusts), tax havens, tax abuse and international anti-avoidance legislation. Many years professional experience in Hong Kong, Channel Islands, Gibraltar and Switzerland.
