Dr. Beat Eisner is a Swiss attorney, having been admitted in 1988. He served several years as Legal Advisor to a large Swiss bank (with sojourns in the U.S., Jersey, Bahamas and the Cayman Islands) and afterwards as Head of the Legal Department of a foreign bank in Switzerland. Before moving to the law office of Lenz Caemmerer in Basel he worked with a major law firm in Zurich specialising in commercial law. Dr. Beat Eisner is a partner of Lenz Caemmerer and specializes in banking law, trusts and offshore structures as well as general corporate and commercial law.
