Lobbying
The members of the Basel Branch of STEP represent professionals
who are interested in the development, refinement and clarification
of legislation and regulation affecting Trusts and Estates in Switzerland
and Liechtenstein. STEP feels that it has an important role
to play in making suggestions and representations of a technical
(strictly non-political) nature to governmental and professional
bodies to promote better understanding of trusts, estates and allied
subjects.
