In the intimate environment of the Zurich office, you will simultaneously cover multiple roles: You are a competent administrator of legal and financial matters, a diligent all-rounder and an organisational "manager of the house" as well as a trusted representative of your energetic Family Officer, a “jack of all trades”. He is an acknowledged legal advisor, a financial expert, a creative entrepreneur and an academic lecturer. Your tasks will be demanding, yes, but also extremely interesting and instructive! Whether in one or the other function – your primary role is to relieve your boss of the entire administrative burden. This means above all, the support of the various worldwide companies under the holding shell of the Family Office. You take care of the daily administration of the individual entities, which includes basic bookkeeping in cooperation with external accountants. You also prepare a variety of presentations and meetings in Zurich and abroad. As a courteous point of contact, you ensure that effective communication with all key people is guaranteed. The fact that you also assist your manager in the administration of further innovative projects and thus gain insight into an extraordinarily wide range of exciting topics, makes your job even more interesting. You will be working in a small team, but this does not discourage you at all - rather you welcome the opportunity to quietly work through the pending issues of the bustling everyday business.

The complexity of the tasks and their intellectual dimension presuppose a solid set of tools: a sound basic commercial education, followed by further education in management and preferably, a TEP degree. Previous experience as a managerial or project assistant in a family office, a foundation or in a financial/trust environment is mandatory in order to ensure the company and foundation management of our client. You are fluent in English and German at the highest level, as well as fit with MS-Office. In addition, you have a flair for numbers. Authenticity, discretion and loyalty are at the top of the wish list of your potential future superior. The same applies to your solution-oriented, meticulous and efficient working style. You will carry out the assigned tasks independently in a well-structured manner. In addition, you possess a proven ability to build strong, productive relationships with stakeholders of all sorts. On top of that, you know how to prioritise the caseload and re-schedule as required to meet deadlines. Your superior will appreciate you as a quick, forward-thinking colleague always eager to take initiative. Last but not least, you have polished manners with a down-to-earth nature and a positive attitude.
